A relatively rarely undertaken combination of mountain biking and hiking tour. Almost entirely on car-free trails passing just by the Sistranser Alm and onward to Issboden. From there, the last 330 meters of elevation gain on foot to the Viggarspitze.

Karwendeldurchquerung von Scharnitz-Bahnhof über den Hochalmsattel, kleiner Ahornboden, Laliderjoch - Plumpsjoch - Pertisau - Jenbach.

From Engalm at the Great Ahornboden, partly on rideable paths, partly pushing over the Lamsensattel to Fiecht near Schwaz.
