台9上到光復左轉台11甲，再右轉走193縣道往南，途中自強外役監前的坡算是沿途比較難的，其他都是緩而短的上下坡，很好騎，風景也漂亮，車又少。
到光復以後又轉到往火車站方向，循指標往瑞穗溫泉方向前進即可。
