Im gleitenden Übergang zum Ruhestand habe ich das Radfahren wiederentdeckt.
Fahrrad ohne Federgabel, am Velotraum Speedster werden Reifen Schwalbe G-One Allround Evolution 57-584 gefahren (Luftdruck vorn etwa 1.7 bar, hinten 1.8 bar). Gute Allround-Eigenschaften bis hin zu sandigen Routen.

Due to the slope, it's better to cycle through the Eichenbruch near Rastede from east to west.
The country road near Eckfleth was omitted; the Huntorfer Damm is very good to ride.
