San Leandro, CA to Sacramento

Not a difficult route, save for the climb up Kirker Pass Road.  Cycling across the Antioch Bridge requires some care as the shoulder does not provide much buffer from the traffic.  The wind is to the back virtually throughout the trip, and the part that runs along the levee is relatively peaceful; traffic here is at an acceptable level, and I have never found it to be uncomfortbale.  At worst, the level of difficulty might be considered moderate.  The trip going in the reverse direction will, of course, have headwinds most of the way.
