Setting off from Radolfzell, famed for its old town atmosphere and bustling promenade, you’ll soon trade urban vibes for tranquil cycleways, winding along mostly paved and asphalt surfaces. There’s a decent bit of elevation here—around 300 meters up and down—so expect a few rewarding hilltop views before you sweep down towards the pretty waterfront of Bodman-Ludwigshafen.

Your ride ends by the Bodensee’s western tip, where these two villages offer some lakeside relaxation. It’s the perfect spot to refuel at a café or stroll the waterfront.
