return day, leaving 7 AM, less breaks to arrive before sunset and achieved 17:30 just in time. mixed winds but more from the side, detour Ho Tram (worth it) and the long straight roads are good as you don't have traffic lights but it goes up and down. finally 250km in 10.5 , altitude with all the ups and downs 2000m (that is what my GPS says) = 28.9 km/h average
