Starting from Cayuga Lake State Park, ride along the western lakeshore and enjoy, stopping at Amish market or wineries or push yourself hard and let the views distract you from the effort. Start north from park along Lower Lake Rd, turn back at Lake Rd, return south on Lower Lake to Rte 89, south along the lakeshore on 89 to left onto Poplar Beach Rd, circle back to 89 and return north along the lake. Road surface very good, traffic usually not too bad, heavier certain times, rush hours etc.
