Starting in Shatin, you’ll have the serene Shing Mun River and even the mega New Town Plaza nearby, before climbing up and over greener New Territories scenery. As you approach Yuen Long Kau Hui, the landscape opens up with village vibes, historic temples, and the famed local eateries.
