Ready for a scenic ride? This route takes you from the charming town of Meersburg on the northern shore of Lake Constance (Bodensee) to the lively university city of Konstanz, hugging the edge of the lake for much of the journey.

Meersburg is famous for its medieval old town and impressive hilltop castle overlooking the water—worth a quick stroll before you set off. You’ll enjoy a rolling landscape, with a decent bit of climbing (just over 650 meters in ascent), but most of the route sticks to paved surfaces and peaceful cycling paths. About 45% is on dedicated paths, so you can really soak in the lakeside views without stressing about traffic.

Along the way, you’ll pass through a mix of vineyards, forests, and small lakeside villages (Rival to quick coffee break, anyone?). The last stretch brings you into Konstanz, a city known for its relaxed vibe, historic old town, and the famous Imperia statue at the harbor.
