This cycling route takes you from Paramount to Commerce, winding north through the southeastern fabric of Los Angeles County. Starting in Paramount—a city known for its historic hay and dairy farming roots—you’ll pedal your way up to Commerce, the "Model City" famous for its industrial prowess and the Citadel Outlets.

The ride is about 30 km and, thanks to a mellow ascent of less than 90 meters, makes for a manageable trip for most riders. Over half your journey follows dedicated cycleways, so you can cruise pretty comfortably, with quiet roads making up a good chunk of the rest. Just a sliver of the ride dips you onto busier roads.

You'll mostly stick to city paths, patches of smooth pavement, and the occasional spot where the surface might be less predictable (pack an extra tube just in case).
