Get ready for a scenic and slightly adventurous ride from Predeal to Râşnov! This cycling route covers almost 22 km and offers a brilliant mix of forest paths, quiet backroads, and a healthy dose of mountain air. The journey begins in Predeal—Romania’s highest town and a popular ski resort perched in the heart of the Carpathians. You'll soon notice a decent amount of climbing early on, with a total ascent of around 630 meters, but it’s well worth it for the sweeping downhill stretches that follow (over 1,000 meters of descent—get ready for some speed!).

About 36% of the route is on unpaved surfaces, including gravel and forest ground, making it best suited for mountain or hybrid bikes. The paths wind through dense woods and open up to stunning views of the Bucegi and Piatra Craiului mountains.
