This is a relaxed city cruise from Budapest’s IV. kerület (Újpest) over to XV. kerület (Rákospalota–Pestújhely area). The route is a little over 6 kilometers, so you’ll have time to enjoy the ride without rushing. Most of the journey keeps you on smooth, paved surfaces, with around half the route on dedicated cycleways and the rest mostly on quiet city streets.

Starting in Újpest, a district known for its lively markets and Danube views, you’ll wind your way north-east through some of the more residential and peaceful corners of Pest. The path is mostly flat with no significant climbs, making it beginner-friendly. You'll pass through local neighborhoods and green parks that give a nice glimpse into everyday Budapest life.

Ending in XV. kerület, you’ll find yourself in an area with a relaxed, suburban vibe, perfect for grabbing a coffee and unwinding. It’s a pleasant, easy ride that offers a local’s-eye view of Budapest beyond the tourist hotspots!
