Tarnów-to-Krakow

Excellent route along EuroVelo 4. Mostly paved (asphalt) surface, some sections of good hard gravel roads. most of the ride is on dedicated bike path and local roads avoiding car traffic. Prevailing winds are westerly so it would make sense to do it in the other direction. Easy return to the point of origin with train service where bike spaces are provided in designated cars. Except for Krakow and Niepolomice there are very few places where you can buy food or drink, so come prepared.
