The ride begins at the city center, and heads southwest on a paved, two-lane road that winds around ten kilometres. The route is mostly flat, with a small portion of rolling terrain. As you head south, the road becomes a narrow country road with a gentle uphill stretch of roughly a hundred metres. After a short downhill stretch, the road becomes a gravel path that climbs roughly a hundred metres, then descends roughly a hundred metres. Continue on the gravel path for roughly a hundred metres, then a steep gravel incline of around twenty-five metres, leading you to the top of a ridge that offers a sweeping view of the surrounding countryside. Descend on the gravel path for a short distance, then a long, sweeping downhill stretch that brings you back down to the main road. Continue on the paved road for around ten kilometres, passing through a small town and returning to the city center.
