Green Route Kilkenny 115 Cycling Challenge 5th July 2014

The Green Route, which will depart from Dicksboro GAA Club at 11am, will be a leisurely spin suitable for relatively inexperienced cyclists both young and old and especially family groups. The route will take the participants from Palmerstown, through the City to the Castlecomer Road (N77). Following the N77 for five Kilometres take a left turn at the Hennebry’s Cross Roundabout onto the Ballyragget Road. Continue along this road for approximately three kilometres and turn left onto the Ardaloo Road. At the end of this road turn left onto the Freshford/Kilkenny Road(R693) and return to Palmerstown via Granges Road and Lord Edward Street.

Participants under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult and ALL participants must wear suitable helmets.
