Oberharmersbach Riersbach to Offenburg via Mooskopf/Moosturm

Take OSB train from Offenburg to Oberharmersbach-Riersbach (last stop of the line, change trains in Biberach).

Cost: 5 strips from the carnet (Streifenkarte). Bikes travel free after 9 am on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Gengenbach is a really beautiful town near the end of the trip.

Took me two and a half hours from Oberharmersbach Riersbach to Mooskopf / Moosturm and about one hour from the Moosturm to Offenburg. Thank you tailwind!

Road is paved or unpaved (Forstweg) but it is neither exceptionally steep nor exceptionally bumpy. Could be done on a Damenrad (city bike). Need a low gear for first rather steep ascent (12% according to the road sign)

There still was some snow on top of the mountain and a balmy 19 °C in Genegenbach.
