Shizuoka to Toba

Presume start at train station.  Need to stay in between the two highways.

cross abe river bridge, 安倍川

Go to Choji Ya(丁子屋) in Mariko Juku(鞠子宿)".

Follow 208 adjacent to highway 1 to Utsunoya (pass) Touge(宇津ノ谷峠)

Go through, to intersection of 208 and highway 1

Follow cycle path on edge of route 1  to shimada

Cross shimada bridge, follow river route to kikugawa

Go along cycle path next to main highway towards kakegawa

Cross highway on bridge into kakegawa and skirt cycle path next to tokaido railroad.

Follow tracks, cross riveri into fukuroi where stay at hotel

Pt 2.

Follow river south towards coast

At coast follow the bike path into hamamatsu

Cross the second hamamatsu bridge and then snake down to rejoin coastal cycling path.

Follow coastal cycling path until end, skirt route 42

Ride on track parallel to route 42 into tahara

skirt route 25 towards iago pier.

Cross ferry before 5:40, preferably at 4:30, and cycle bit further to Ise
