The ride do not touch any major road, we used bike path or traffic free roads only.

Starting from Csillaghegyi lakótelep. Down to Római beach then across the Danube to Marina part. Then south on the bank of the river near new Duna Arena until Margaret bridge. On the bridge we accessed Margaret island and had a lunch at pavilon 3. Then rided through the island to the other end at Árpád bridge. We haded back north tried to stay at the river bank on Nép-sziget (there is a small bridge at Marina part to access Nép-sziget). We passed the railway bridge and stayed at river bank. It is a dusty road but easily ridable. After passing the sewage farm the ride becomes tricky. Have to go on a narrow path in the wood getting over a lot of fall out trees. After a while the river bank is closed so we had to continue on the bike road near Váci út until M0 bridge. We returned Buda side and rode back to Csillaghegy through Békásmegyer lakótelep. We missed Omszki lake this time :( The lake is accessible from M0 bridge on bike road and the lake has bike road access to Csillaghegy too. We will take that way next time.
