Risnjak - nova 9tka - Krvaric

WATCH OUT FOR HIKERS on these trails!!!

Again, one of my new favourites on Sljeme. This route/trail is freshly made in 2019 and is used to bypass one of the popular hiking trails, number 9 (Risnjak - Mikulići)!

You start from the "Kustošijanski" gravel road near the intersection with trail number 9 (you can see a wide path/gravel road on your right if you are climbing; on the left if you are descending from the top of the mountain). The entrance to this trail is a few meters before that section (if riding down; few meters after the intersection if ascending on the gravel road). At one point you even use the old trail number 9 so watch out for hikers, but soon you will turn right and leave trail no. 9!  There is a climb, rather short but exhausting  (round 0,5-1minute) but from there you will connect to the old Krvarić trail and end up on the gravel road where you started!
