single, retired (do some part time handyman jobs) took up cycling when I finished full time work 4 years ago. Enjoy cycling to keep fit, no particular goals, have arthritic knee which stops me doing some other activities like walking but doesn't affect my cycling too much...strange, I can do a 100 mile sportive and my normal rides are between 35 and 60 miles, but struggle to walk 5 miles !
