In English: The trips I ride are from easy to very technical and aren't in any way intended for beginners. Some trails are easier and can get away with a XC HT bike with 100mm of travel (mountain Sljeme) but the rider should have a lot of experience on steep descents. Some trails (Učka, Velebit) are meant for FS bikes with aggressive geometry (140+mm travel, slack head angle). You can ride with less travel, but you maybe won't enjoy the track as much.

About me and my bike - I'm 30, love to ride single track type of trails - flowy or technical. I only ride road and gravel when needed to get to the top. It's a big plus if its single track for the uphills. Downhill, I only prefer to ride single track trails. I ride a Giant Reign 2 2015 and find it perfect for these trails of mine.

In Croatian: Rute koje vozim su najčešće tehnički zahtjevne i isključivo za MTB bicikl. Osobne neke staze (Učka, Velebit) su, usudio bih se reći, isključivo za full suspension bicikl sa podosta hoda i agresivnom geometrijom te poprilično dobrom opremom. Sljeme i slično može proči i slabiji bicikl, ali npr. na Paklenici nemojte ići sa XC biciklom i 100mm hoda jer ćete vjerojatno nositi pola spusta bicikl na leđima.

Osobno vozim Giant Reign 2015 sa 160mm hoda naprijed i nazad i velika većina u društvu s kojim vozim ovakve staze su slični bicikli, tu i tamo koji agresivni HT sa 150-160mm hoda naprijed (Production Privee Shan, Cotic BFe, Ragley Blue Pig i slični).

Tražim također staze slične mojima. Na usponu je dopuštena cesta i makadam ako se već ne može singlicom nekakvom. Spust, singlica, tehnički zahtjevna ili da se ima super flow. Javite se nekako ako imate kakvu preporuku, neovisno o državi :)
