Kalmar Triathlon Bike Course

Flat bike course without climbs.
One lap got 160 altitude meters (calculated by bikemap.net , maybe it is al tittle bit more)
The little hills can disturb your rhytm (not REAL flat).
Wind could be a problem. Check wind direction for the race day.
In 2007 we had around 4 bft..
The course got no down hill sections where you can relax and get back lost speed.
The slop after the turnaround got maybe 2% max 3%. Wind can equal this slope.
How to drive (Proposal):
To make speed you have to work and push all the time on your bike.
But down push to hard on first two rounds and drive over your capabilities.
The bike cours with its profile leads to this behaviour.
(The 3. lap could be than a nightmare.)
