ROAD BIKE

This route is full of contrasts and runs along quiet roads, without heavy traffic. These contrasts are palpable in the view, which receives green tones typical of the forests of the Cantabrian coast and other more ocher tones from the vineyards of Rioja Alavesa. From here the ascent through the Herrera pass will turn these contrasts into endless emotions, on pedals, for 112 kilometers.

This itinerary is a classic meeting point for cyclists, since many choose this route to train or simply ride, enjoying a 47-kilometer route of low difficulty and spectacular landscapes. The environment is ideal to savor what Álava presents as one of its great attractions: contact with the natural environment in all its versions.
