San Sosti na rowerze

Stage 3 rolls from San Sosti to Bisignano through classic Calabrian hills. About 47 km with roughly 690 m of climbing and as much descent, it’s a steady up-and-down ride from the Esaro valley toward the Crati. Mostly on roads, with a few busier stretches—ride alert and use lights. Start near the Madonna del Pettoruto sanctuary if you fancy a quick detour, then finish in Bisignano’s old town for a gelato and views over the valley.
