Bikepacking z Karlín do Drezno

Hop on your bike in vibrant Karlín, one of Prague’s trendiest neighborhoods teeming with coffee shops, river paths, and the city’s lively vibe. From here, you’re in for an epic ride north to Dresden—Germany’s historic “Florence on the Elbe.” The journey stretches just over 225 km, mostly along smooth tarmac and peaceful cycleways cutting through scenic countryside, forests, and riverside villages.

You'll climb a bit over 1,300 meters in total, but it's all quite manageable, with beautiful stretches to power you through. As you cruise from Bohemia into Saxony, look out for views of the Elbe River and sandstone formations that inspire many artists. The last leg rolls gently down into Dresden, where you’ll be greeted by stunning baroque architecture, great museums, and legendary beer gardens.

Mostly paved (over 80%), and with the majority on dedicated cycleways or quiet roads, this is a ride for anyone ready to soak up Central Europe’s beauty on two wheels. Don't forget a selfie at the finish in front of Dresden’s famous Frauenkirche!
