This is a nice route east out of the city into the mountains of malaga for a medium difficulty climb and return trip back to the city of approximately 35Km.

It is also a great start into the higher mountains traveling north towards the Fuente de Reina and Colmenar or north east Comares. Alternatively there is a nice loop back to the coast via Totalan ending in La Cala with an easy cycle from there back to Malaga Look at our other routes for details of these.
