Hi all,

WE have done this route during 9 rising days in Oct 2009.

we didn't experience rain, but we had pretty windy days when we went off the mountains towards Carcassonne, the winds came from the west, which suited us fine. The greatr thing about October is the colors in the mountains.

The 1st 5 days were pretty tough, with all the Col's. As a TDF fan, i realy liked those days.

We did the route with Touring bikes, with around 15kg on the bikes. pretty tough in the mountains.
