Aberdare to Pen y Fan

This route took me just under 2 hours ..1 hour and 50 mins, if you're a stickler.

I've included my tiring misdirection onto the A4059 at Trecynon and headscratching detour into Penywaun.  Even the wrong turning at Rhigos roundabout is there.. I took a couple of breathing/texting stops in Penywaun by the zebra crossing, on the bench of Penderyn whiskey distillery and infont of the sign for Ystradfellte. It was a steady incline but a beautiful view and worthwhile trip. Then scled Pen Y Fan, but didn't earn my army stripes in cycling back as the friend I met there offered to drive me back, as it was getting late I happily obliged.
