Trasa z Four Corners do Historycznego Okręgu National Park Seminary.

National Park Seminary (nazwane na cześć Rock Creek National Park) rozpoczęło działalność w 1887 roku jako "Ye Forest Inne", letnia rezydencja dla mieszkańców Waszyngtonu. Ten ośrodek nie odniósł sukcesu finansowego i nieruchomość została przekształcona w szkołę dla dziewcząt, otwartą w 1894 roku z klasą 48 uczennic.

Campusa zaprojektowała architekt Emily Elizabeth Holman z Filadelfii w Pensylwanii. Architektura jest eklektyczna i pełna fantazji. Oprócz różnych stylów wiktoriańskich, egzotyczne projekty obejmowały holenderski wiatrak, szwajcarski domek, japońską pagodę, włoską willę i angielski zamek.

Jednak w latach 70. finansowanie obiektu zostało ograniczone, a budynki popadły w ruinę. Wiele z nich zostało zniszczonych przez wandali, a grecki teatr Odeon został stracony w wyniku podpalenia w 1993 roku. W 2003 roku zespół deweloperski rozpoczął realizację planu zachowania kampusu jako rdzenia nowej dzielnicy mieszkalnej, ale dotychczas ich działania wydają się bardziej skoncentrowane na zarabianiu pieniędzy na mieszkańcach kondominium niż na naprawie zabytkowych budynków.

    Statuary colonnade on covered walkway from Aloha to Gymnasium. The walkway and most statues are gone from their original location. One remains in the adjacent parking lot, and one is behind a house on the grounds (the "Chauffeur's cottage"). The others are missing.

    Amant Hall and Ballroom. Built in the 1920s, Ament Hall also contained art studios, dormitory suites, and apartments for some of the faculty. The high vaulted ceiling with heavy oak beams is in the English Gothic style, but the curved bays show the French influence. The girls were allowed to dance every day for a half hour after lunch and a half hour after dinner. There were also balls and special social events in the Ballroom. In general, males were excluded. A special sound system, an Auditoreum Victrola, provided the music. A gigantic speaker (perhaps the only one like it in the U.S.?) is still mounted in the room today.
