Day 1: Depart Rotterdam, sleep in Vrouwenpolder 85km

Day 2: Ferry from Vlissingen to Breskens, overnight in Bruges. ~ 65km (150km) 

Day 3: Swing around Oostende and follow the coast all the way to Bray Dunes stopping along WW2 sites on the beach (including the wreck of HMS Crested Eagle!). Sleep in Gravelines. ~ 90km (240 km) 

Day 4: Lunch in Wissant, sleep in Etaples/Cucq ~100km (340 km)

Day 5: Climb to Mers-les-Bains ~80km (420km)

Day 6: Climb to Yvetot ~ 90km (510km) Descent towards La Seine

Sleep along the Seine in a small town or sleep in Rouens 50 km further from Yvetot.
