I'm an old dude. Twenty-five years in the Army as a pilot and artillery officer, flew helicopters in Vietnam, artillery in Germany. Twenty years in Research and Development with the Federal Aviation Administration. Retired. Love to ride. Used to ride motorcycle dirt bikes. Bones got brittle so switched to mountain bicycles. Eventually could no longer ride my mountain bike for any distance due to lung disease (IPF) and eventually had to stop riding. Purchased a Himiway e-bike in the Fall of 2020 and just love it. I can work out with moderate pedal assistance and still go on 30-mile rides or longer. Put 500 miles on the e-bike before the cold winter weather slowed things down. Looking forward to warmer weather.
