Very short section on paved bike path, all the rest in fields. Some paved roads entering Park Canada. Beautiful scenery, through vineyards, orchards, under trees in Park Canada. A moderate ride, pleasant ascents and no technical difficulties. We saw a few well-marked singles, but didn't ride them.
