I discovered cycling as my preferred mode of transport when visiting new countries and regions more than 30 years ago. I haven’t stopped ever since and prefer using my bicycle locally rather than the car. It’s a great way to get from point A to point B when the weather cooperates, plus the exercise/health benefits are significant. I have cycled around many regions of my home country and have gone overseas to discover new places. This has led me to writing travel guides for cyclists. Currently I am working on a cycling guide for those interested in visiting Corsica and Sardinia. I’ve been to these two Mediterranean islands a number of times on two wheels. I’ve documented cycling and hiking routes there for you to explore and perhaps get a copy of my guide when it’s ready.
