Monte Rei MTB tour

From the Monte Rei Golf Resort, you'll head towards the Mata da Conceição and go through some rural areas and villages.

When you get to the Gilão River, you'll go down and cross the city of Tavira towards Santa Luzia, a typical small village in the coast, where I think you should have lunch. This village its very famous for its Octupus dishes. Then, you will return to Tavira. Visit the city, because it is very nice, especially by the river.

Afterwards, you'll pass by some salt pounds and through a small bridge over the "lagoon". Then, you'll get to Cabanas de Tavira and pass by Robison's Hotel golf courses. Right after, turn right to visit Cacela Velha, which has one of the best views over the beach in the Algarve.

Then, you'll go north and head back to the Monte Rei Resort.
