Villa Armonia -Heraion Archaeological Site

The short route begins in a green scenery, continues along the shores of the blue lake “Vouliagmeni” and ends to the Archaeological Site “Heraion of Perachora” which was dedicated to the goddess Hera. The Archaeological Site is positioned to a small natural harbor which is also ideal for swimming.

Between the two levels of the archaeological site you can visit the small but very beautiful church of Saint John

Of course, you need to visit the stone-built lighthouse “Melagavi” , just next to the temple of Hera with an outstanding view of the blue Corinthian Gulf.
