Otmuchow-Paczkow-Forest Track-Zloty Stok

I've done this as a return journey from Opole!

Take the Nysa train, change in Nysa for Otmuchow (or simply add the extra distance and cycle, but the #46 road is a bit busy). Follow the village roads to Packzkow, where you can stop and admire the historical town before heading off via the Forest Track to Zloty Stok. Most people in this part of Poland have already visited the gold mine there, but if you haven't it's a lot of fun - allow at least an extra 90mins for the tunnel tours and a sit down. The return journey is downhill all the way, so what took a long time to complete in the first direction will take less than a 1/4 of the time getting back to Otmuchow! Max. distance 25km one-way, 50km if you do the return journey. You need to be reasonably fit to make this journey - the trip to Zloty Stok is uphill almost the whole way so you need some stamina.
