For clarification, don't turn left on to Ching Cheung Road (a motorway) at its junction with Castle Peak Road – Kwai Chung; instead stay on Castle Peak Road all the way to Tai Po Road, then turn sharply left there. You'll have to push your pushbike for a hundred metres or so (this is also marked on the map) cos cycles are banned for that short section but it's not too far.
