Congress Park - Battlefield, most direct

This route has only two turns.  Beginning at Congress Park, ride east on Union Av (9P) until Saratoga Lake.  Turn left at Cedar Bluff (71).  Turn right at Route 23 and in short order you will be at the Saratoga National Historic Park.  Ride the park loop, stopping at #9 for the view of the Hudson River.  Refill your water bottle at the visitor center, then ruturn on the same roadss.
