Route to Kidwelly

A round trip route, taking in the canal-side path on the way there and through Pembrey forest on the way back. Warning though: the Pembrey path used to be 'route 4' but has I think lost that status in favour of the shorter Canal route. It should be a great ride through Pembrey but after last year's storms, it's very badly flooded. The canal path also floods during heavy rain but the Pembrey problems appear permanent without serious remedial action - I was forced on the the beach to complete the ride and had to cycle through paths flooded a foot deep to get there. The beach ride was quite stunning though: hard sand and great views of Gower.
