Über diese Route

The route starts and ends at the Msgr Patrick Smith Park on the east side of the city.  It travels through the city and desert, giving 360 views for a good portion of the ride.  If you are riding a roadbike, use the route described here.  If you have a trail-suitable bike, you can substitute the initial portion of the ride by taking the rail trail from the Sante Fe Railyard to Eldorado and then picking up the route on US 285 at Eldorado.  Returning, the route follows the paved portion of the railtrail from Rabbit Road all the way to Santa Fe Depot.
