3 month  wander , no particular plans  other than getting out of LA fast  and wanting to see the mexician sonoran desert, looking for ufo's and mexician shamen,  ( didn't find either )   ;-)           did meet colin fletcher at a shop in nevada , something completely surprising as I'd grown up reading his books and hadn't reconized him, he'd been interested in my bike and we chatted sitting in a park across from the shop for a couple of hours , I figured out who he was after about 10 minutes
