We(my friend and I) didn´t want to cycle from Stockholm, so we took the train from Stockholm to Gnesta(commuter train). First day from Gnesta to Högsjö, there is cycleroad before Katrineholm that´s all, otherwise on cycling on main road. Second day from Högsjö to Töreboda, gravel road between Brevens bruk almost to Hjortkvarn(about 10 km), and from Hjortkvarn to Närkesberg(about 10 km), after that no gravel road to Gothenburg. After Askersund you will come Tiveden, hilly( in Sweden) and beautiful al the way to Töreboda. Third day from Töreboda to Vara more or less flat except at Skövde when you cycle over Billingen, don´t miss the church Varnhem. Fourth day from Vara to Gothenburg is it more up and down. From Sjövik there´s a cyclepath all the way to Gothenburg.
