Slindon - Arundel - Bury - Bignor - Upwaltham - Eartham Wood - Slindon Circuit

A very scenic ride over the South Downs including Arundel and a stretch Along the Arun Valley between Arundel and Bury. Then it's a long climb up the South Downs Way to Bignor, stunning views opening up all the way. Time constraints forced a turn homeward but would be better to continue to Charlton Forest, descend to Charlton (great pub) before climbing up to Goodwood racecourse and return to Slindon via Eartham Wood. Lots of hill, great exercise.
