Es handelt sich um eine leichte Route mit 3 Steigungen von max. 10m Höhenunterschied. Der kleine Umweg in Hennen führt zu einer Eisdiele mit exzellentem Eis. Pausieren kann man auch in der Ohle in der Ohler Mühle. An einigen Stellen fehlen in der Karte die Wege, es handelt sich dabei aber um relativ neue Fahrradwege. Alle Wege/Straßen sind asphaltiert, nur entlang der Eisenbahn im Ruhrtal läuft ein Schlackenweg, der aber fest ist und bestens zu fahren ist (auch bei schlechtem Wetter!). Auch für Rennräder geeignet.
