Description

This route crosses the northern part of the municipality of Aljezur. Starting from the centre of Aljezur, the first part goes through the hills and valleys of the municipality’s interior, always with views of the uplands. A long, steep downhill section brings you to the Seixe Stream, which you then ride alongside until you reach the border with the neighbouring Alentejo region and the picturesque village of Odeceixe.

The return ride to Aljezur takes you along the same trail as the EuroVelo route, through the hamlets of Maria Vinagre and Rogil. Before finishing your ride, stop off to visit Aljezur Castle.

Descrição:

Este percurso percorre a área a norte do concelho de Aljezur. Saindo do centro de Aljezur, a primeira parte decorre pelo interior do concelho por montes e vales, sempre com vista para a Serra. Uma longa e íngreme descida leva-nos à Ribeira de Seixe, seguindo depois junto à Ribeira até chegar à fronteira com o Alentejo e à magnífica aldeia de Odeceixe.

O percurso de regresso a Aljezur é feito pelo mesmo trilho da rota Eurovelo, passando pelas localidades de Maria Vinagre e do Rogil. Já em Aljezur visite o Castelo antes de terminar o percurso.

Descripción

Esta ruta atraviesa la zona norte del municipio de Aljezur. Parte del centro de Aljezur, y su primera parte transcurre por el interior del municipio, por montes y valles, y siempre con vistas a la sierra. Una larga y pronunciada bajada nos conduce hasta el río Seixe, al cual acompañamos hasta llegar a la frontera con el Alentejo y a la pintoresca aldea de Odeceixe.

El regreso a Aljezur se realiza por el mismo camino de la ruta EuroVelo, el cual pasa por las localidades de Maria Vinagre y Rogil. En Aljezur debe visitar el castillo antes de poner fin a la ruta.
