Brickell - Key Biscayne - Virginia Island Triangle
Easy Route - well posted green bike paths next to the road - Lighthouse makes an ideal stop-over - liked the Virginia loop - especially the Mountain Bike Trail - but beware of the cross winds. And the bridge at the end is tough when energy levels are low.

Black Creek Marina, Cutler Bay to Brickell via Old Cutler Trail
Highlights are the bike path next to the Black Creek Canal with a lot of wildlife. And the Old Cutler Trail where you do not bike next to a busy road
