Eine mäßig-einfache Route, die im Dorf Karvounades beginnt und über asphaltierte sowie Schotterstraßen führt. Kann auch mit Gravel- oder Trekkingrädern gefahren werden. Sehenswertes: Kloster Myrtidiotisa, Burg Chora, Brücke von Katouni.

Eine lange Strecke für erfahrene Radfahrer, die durch Schotterstraßen und -wege führt. Viele traditionelle Dörfer und eine erstaunliche Landschaft zu sehen. Zu besuchende Orte: Panagia Orfani Kirche, Wasserfall Mylopotamos - Fonissa, Kato Chora, Strand von Paliopoli, Dorf Aroniadika-Aloizianika.
