Take care out of Desford on kirkby road / Archers Lane, as this is 0.8 miles of unpaved road but too nice to miss out and take detour.
Plenty of shops on route for snacks and drinks to top up if needed.
Also 2 or 3 busy roads to cross so be extra careful.

Lots of farmland and livestock some roads may have mud on them.
There are toilets in Tutbury and on the High street theres a cafe, chip shop, news agent and pubs to stock up on things.
Take care just after <u>21 miles/ 34.5km</u> very steep downhill narrow road, dark through trees and some broken road surface.
Also <u>25.5miles/41.5k</u> as above but even narrower!
Also <u>51m/ 83km and 55.5m/ 89km</u>.
Remember cars do come the other way and you may need to slow or even stop!!!!!
