90 Mile Loop Starting Lower Fairfield County

Ruta ciclista en Stratford, Connecticut, United States of America

This is a training loop out and back from Stratford, CT. You can add a bit here and there to easily make it a century. There is one decent climb in the Shelton/Derby area, and another up near Newtown.   The Milford and West Haven sections hug the ocean and there are some beautiful houses to look at. Be careful on route 34, the traffic can be kinda crazy at times. I'm also looking to figure out a new route to avoid route 25.

Some trail, mostly quiet roads. A few modest hills, but primarily flat. Some sections quite scenic, especially in the Fall. Park at the Stop & Shop (bathroom facilities + easy access to rail trail). There is a portapotty at the playground in Hubbard Park.
