This route is just over 18 km—perfect for a leisurely ride, with a nice mix of paved roads and the occasional gravel or unpaved stretch (but nothing rough, so a road or hybrid bike will work fine). Most of the ride follows quiet roads and tranquil tracks, giving you plenty of chances to soak up the Swabian countryside.

Expect smooth stretches through peaceful neighborhoods and lush green spaces between the towns. As you approach Reutlingen, get ready for a bit of descent and a shift to a more urban landscape. Reutlingen, known for its picturesque old town and the world’s narrowest street (Spreuerhofstraße!), makes a great place to refuel and explore.
